All items purchased online (excepting pierced earrings) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days, provided they are returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
We cannot accept Made to Order items for return, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
To make a return of a purchase made from our website, please write on the back of your delivery note, giving the reason for the return.
We recommend you wrap the package securely, post it by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured for the correct value of the item to: Flawless, 50 Green Lane, Chislehurst, Kent, BR7 6AQ
Postage for return items will have to be paid for by the customer. Once we have received the return, the items will be inspected thoroughly and any damage caused by the customer through wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
